CONTRACT LAW
Contract Law is the private field of law which is the main focus of the law office of Atty. Prof. Dr. İlhan Helvacı. With over 25 years of experience in contract law, our founder and director Prof. Dr. İlhan Helvacı provides legal consultancy and attorney services relating to contract negotiations, incorporation of contracts, form of contracts, standardized terms of contract, interpretation of contracts, contractual invalidity, fictitious transactions, preliminary contracts and option contracts, fiducia, annulment of contracts due to allegations of lapse, deception, extortion and lesion, as well as disputes concerning representation, unauthorized representation and powers of attorney.
